All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewGood website and found what I needed quickly. A slight problem with delivery but not Motostorms fault. Was supposed to be delivered by UPS. Received confirmation from UPS but then they cancelled the delivery. No reason given. I contacted MotoStorm and got a quick reply. Eventually delivered by GLS who kept me well informed of delivery. Wrote to UPS...no reply. Five stars for MotoStorm and GLS. Zero for UPS.

Hello, we indicate the address of our shop on the website at the bottom of the page. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We also state this on our website and on the confirmation email that you receive on order.
