All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Reply from Motostorm.it
Hello, We are very sorry you are not satisfied with the service, but as you have been informed this was caused by a delay in production for the visor. We informed you promptly about this matter, and asked you if you wanted to keep the order or to cancel it. You decided to wait and we proceeded with shipment as indicated, as soon as the product arrived to our warehouse. Best regards.

Verified reviewI have been ordering from Motostorm.it for years, accumulating at least 10 orders for all my motorcycling needs, helmet, leather suits, jackets, pants…etc… They have never done me wrong. Orders are always accurate, and the customer service is top notch! They ALWAYS have the best price available anywhere. The shipping from Italy to US takes about a week. My last shipment was 3 business days! Bravo motostorm.it and I will continue to be their faithful customer. Order with confidence!!

Verified reviewAndrea was very helpful with item availability, would say this is fast enough for shipping from Italy to US, once they confirm the item availability shipping took 3days after they generated the tracking number. If the item is in stock it should say-shipping in 24hrs, if not it will say number of days(this means not in stock, but they will order from the warehouse to their location) Thank you again, Andrea

Verified reviewItem i liked says shipped in 15 days but i ordered anyway. Made an error on shipping addres, reached out and error was quickly fixed. Tracked order and arrived here in philippines in 2 days from italy, germany and china. Item stayed longer here and courrier came but did not deliver claiming taxes has not been paid but i did in advance. Sent proof and was redelivered. Good packaging. Item is as expected. Will order again despite the experience with courier

Verified reviewExcellent selection. Great pricing that is competitive or beats other such platforms. Importantly, the shipping is amazing! No, it's not free. But for your money you receive care, quality packaging, and extraordinary speed. I received this item three days after order, and I live in the United States. Bravo.
