All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewIt was unfortunate that the delivery time had increased significantly from two weeks to one and a half months. However, I was reassured that I had been informed of the situation.

Verified reviewFantastic experience shopping with Motostorm. Great pricing and unbelievable shipping speed. Less than a week for my skid plate to arrive in Vancouver Canada. Motostorm will definitely be my first outside of Canada supplier to check when looking for motorcycle parts and accessories.

Verified reviewThis was the first time that the delivery date was delayed. If there was a delay in the product, I would have liked to be contacted before contacting you.
Reply from Motostorm.it
Hello, we are sorry for the delay. As the item was not in stock we ordered it from the manufacturer - there were delays in delivery and we shipped with a 5 day delay. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused, if the customer has urgency, we indicate which items are in stock and which are not and we can always be contacted to request further information both via mail and phone call.
