All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewUPS has not delivered the package to my home and is forcing me to go to an Access Point. They are not going to come at the time they have to inform. Face, I didn't send my package home. I will surely NOT buy products from the online store again because I don't have to rely on UPS... Very bad experience.

Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delivery company. The courier only indicated was that it was impossible for them to delivery and therefore the package wad left in a Pickup point. We ship with various delivery companies, therefore if you do not wish for us to ship with UPS you can indicate it in the notes. The package is signed as delivered at the Access Point.

Verified reviewMy order arrived in three days all the way from Italy. The bracket fit my new 2024 Yamaha tracer nine GT plus perfectly. Everything I could see on different websites said that this part would not fit the 2024, but it does perfectly.

Verified reviewAchtung , meine amerikanischen Mitburger! I ordered the held jacket and it has met my expectations. I am 6'1 weigh 200 lbs chest 42 ,I choose size 56 and is a true fit, not tight. I was very nervous to order overseas but alas it turned out well. I will shopping with them in future. God bless
