All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Dear Sir, We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We indicate this on our website and also before you confirmt he order at checkout. We are based in the European comunity. As you are from an extra Eu country yuo do not pay Vat on our website by your goverment do ask you to pay these costs when the parcel arrives to you. Its true that there was a production delay with the ordered item, we sent different emails regarding this delay.

Verified reviewSuper fast delivery! The item is perfect and I have a very happy son as we could not find the item for sale in the UK. We did have a small import fee to pay which was expected. However, I would not hesitate to use motostorm again and would highly recommend them.

Verified reviewUnfortunately, an order is not confirmed at Motostorm, neither by email nor by displaying it in the customer account under “my orders”. It is therefore not clear when or whether the items will be available at all. Even if items are displayed with "deliverable within 24 hours" nothing happens for the next few days. It's a shame because I'm otherwise happy with the service.
