All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewCrazy fast shipping, went from Italy to my door in the US in two days. I've had orders from a state over take magnitudes longer to ship. Website was easy to use and prices were great. I saved over $75 USD ordering from here with shipping, then paying for the same item from the US vendor with free shipping.

Verified reviewIt's impossible for me to give any fewer than 5 stars. Motostorm was the only location I could find with a size large Shoei X15 Escalate TC1. I took a chance, being slightly concerned they were so much cheaper than local online shops here in Canada, and also a bit nervous about ordering from an international retailer. But I am very happy I took the chance. On top of providing the product I was looking for at the best possible price, they delivered it in only 3 days! I will definitely be shopping with them again.

Hello, as you know your order was shipped on time with Ups.

It has already arrived. I have sent a separate email to info. The sheet was torn. I also sent a photo. I repaired it myself. I gave this rating because there was no apology even though I was late, and the seat was torn.

Verified reviewMotoStorm is amazing! They gained a lifelong customer here. I was skeptical being in the United States (Colorado) but my order arrived in 4 days not even kidding. Faster than I even receive prime in my small mountain town. Boxes were packed sturdily and arrived safe with no damage

Verified reviewThanks for quick delivery. Within one week, I got the products from Italy to Japan after my order. It was great. Although the product is bit bigger than I expected, but it looks very good to attached my motorcycle. The capacity is also good for my usage.
