All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewThe product was dented and damaged. The response is slow and I don't know how long it will take to resolve the issue. The product I bought this time made it impossible for me to go touring. I'm very disappointed as I was looking forward to touring. What should I do?

Verified reviewI bought high end boots and helmet form motostrom.it and it couldn't have been easier. Great selection, especially at the price point for someone in the USA. Shipping was lightning fast. I'll definitely shop with them again. It's just a bummer that they can't ship Klim gear to USA, but I'm sure there's a good supplier/import reason. Thanks again, Motorstorm!

Verified reviewI ordered a jacket that was too small. I went to return it but the return shipping was my responsibility. The cost to return was $396 USD. If you buy something, make sure it fits. Now I’m stuck trying to sell the jacket on eBay.

Correct. In this case, $396 USD for the lowest cost shipping service. US customers, be warned.
