All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewDelay！Delay! Despite of "in stock" on the Homepage. No quick action to my email of confirmation. It took more than one month to deliver to Japan. It was too late to fix my bike.

Verified reviewI order a small Helmet , I received an XSmall. The interior lining was small , so it doesn’t fit in the helmet properly. The shell was an x small so I’m not able to wear it. Doesn’t ha e sticker at the back with certification. I’m still waiting an answer from them.

Hello, thanking you for your feedback. The helmet that we sent you has 4 different outer shell sizes (XS-S/ M/ L/ XL-XXL). The XS and S have thwe same shell size for fitting the only thing that changes is the size of the liner. The certification is sewn into the chinstrap. There is a label. You have been contact by customer service, please check your inbox.

My others shoei helmet are all small and they fit on my head. They have a sticker small in the shell. This on said x small and it’s to small. If an other websiite of yours said that’s the same size for xs and s. Ok your site , we can buy each size separately and in your chart is not the same size

Verified reviewI usually do not write reviews but the experience was exceptional. The product was received within 4-5 days instead of the estimated 2-3 weeks. Great service, I would gladly order from here again.

Verified reviewIt took a bit longer for my parcel to be send, but when I called for information, they were polite and reassuring. And my parcel arrived yesterday! Me very happy 😎 PS. At least they pick up the phone, that's something you can't say about some other companies. 👌

Verified reviewPurchased a HJC helmet that was unavailable in the states. I was a bit worried as there were a few poor reviews, but I will happily and gladly report that not only did I receive the exact helmet ordered, it came faster than expected (just as fast as domestic) and had tracking confirmation the whole way. Highly recommended, will shop with Motostorm again!
