Review Summary

Mister-Auto is often described as easy to use, with quick ordering, good prices and fast delivery. Some customers also liked being able to return items if they were incorrect, while a few found the new site laggy and slow, or had trouble finding the right part.

Reviews mention a good selection of spare parts, correct parts delivered, safe packaging and generally good value. Delivery is usually praised, although some customers report expensive shipping, delays, bad handling of Irish postal codes and problems with DPD leaving parcels poorly delivered. Searching for certain items can also be difficult, and one customer found phone support hard to reach.

Terrible customer service, guaranteed delivery when ordering and paying changes once order confirmation is sent, app and website show different delivery dates, contacted cs 6 times not response first, then standard template deliver date sent.

Delivery arrived early and complete which is great as I could get the work on the car earlier. Mr. Auto is great with delivery dates which means less waiting around for deliveries

Item was as described,my only issue is that having paid the postage to have it delivered within a time frame,it was delivered well outside of it. Also having looked at your reviews I would be cautious if I recommend them. Satisfied with the wipers.
