Review Summary

Mister-Auto is often described as easy to use, with quick ordering, good prices and fast delivery. Some customers also liked being able to return items if they were incorrect, while a few found the new site laggy and slow, or had trouble finding the right part.

Reviews mention a good selection of spare parts, correct parts delivered, safe packaging and generally good value. Delivery is usually praised, although some customers report expensive shipping, delays, bad handling of Irish postal codes and problems with DPD leaving parcels poorly delivered. Searching for certain items can also be difficult, and one customer found phone support hard to reach.

This contained a brake caliper for one car and a wheel hub for another. The wheel hub was fine but the brake caliper has turned out to be defective (fortunately I found out off-road). I've had to keep the car off the road until a replacement that I've ordered arrives and can be fitted. I've wasted quite a bit of brake fluid in the process.

Delivery date amended after the order was purchased and paid for. At best a flippant approach to dealing with follow up queries. I have bought off mister auto several times before but will not be using this website again. In my own opinion it is a deceptive sales method to sell a product that cannot be adhered to by the seller. One thing is the part but in a lot of cases, delivery times are equally as important. Overall, a very annoyed former customer that will, at every oppertinity, discourage friends and family from using this company. Amateur at best.

All happy with this transaction as a returning customer - particularly as some of the parts I look for aren't very common so it's great that Mister-Auto has them! The app is handy to use too.
