Verified reviewThe whole experience was very poor. Parts of the order missing, packaged very poorly , missed the delivery date, parts not compatible with my vehicle and no real satisfaction from customer service.

The picture of the oil filter on your catalog is the oil filter i needed and the one i received in my order was not the same as the one pictured in your catalog.
