Review Summary

Mister-Auto is often described as easy to use, with quick ordering, good prices and fast delivery. Some customers also liked being able to return items if they were incorrect, while a few found the new site laggy and slow, or had trouble finding the right part.

Reviews mention a good selection of spare parts, correct parts delivered, safe packaging and generally good value. Delivery is usually praised, although some customers report expensive shipping, delays, bad handling of Irish postal codes and problems with DPD leaving parcels poorly delivered. Searching for certain items can also be difficult, and one customer found phone support hard to reach.

The order arrived on time but I had to send it back twice because initially it said the part was for passenger side but when it arrived it was for the driver side. This was due to the difference between France and Ireland which is ok. It reordered the part for the other side and when it arrived it was still wrong so I sent it back again. Why not just advertise for left side and right side, then there will be no confusion.
