Review Summary

Mister-Auto is often described as easy to use, with quick ordering, good prices and fast delivery. Some customers also liked being able to return items if they were incorrect, while a few found the new site laggy and slow, or had trouble finding the right part.

Reviews mention a good selection of spare parts, correct parts delivered, safe packaging and generally good value. Delivery is usually praised, although some customers report expensive shipping, delays, bad handling of Irish postal codes and problems with DPD leaving parcels poorly delivered. Searching for certain items can also be difficult, and one customer found phone support hard to reach.

Prices are competitive but the delivery of the last couple of orders to Ireland took more than 7 days; I don't know if this is to do with BRIXIT ??. I also was charged for delivery even though my order was more than 80 Euros !! Having said that, Mr Auto is still at the top of my list.
