Review Summary

Mister-Auto is often described as easy to use, with quick ordering, good prices and fast delivery. Some customers also liked being able to return items if they were incorrect, while a few found the new site laggy and slow, or had trouble finding the right part.

Reviews mention a good selection of spare parts, correct parts delivered, safe packaging and generally good value. Delivery is usually praised, although some customers report expensive shipping, delays, bad handling of Irish postal codes and problems with DPD leaving parcels poorly delivered. Searching for certain items can also be difficult, and one customer found phone support hard to reach.

I have ordered a few parts from Mister Auto, one of the ordered parts was missing and i have to contact Mister Auto and enclose pictures of arrived package, then i have to wait another week or so for a missing part to be re-sended. But in the end all parts needed for repair arived in total within three weeks to Ireland.

It took over a week to tell me that one of the items I ordered and had paid for was actually out of stock. I had to reorder a different brand. I had to pay transportation charges twice. It took an extra week to finally get the full order.
