I received a damaged part, and despite several attempts to contact the seller, I received no response. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and support. Some orders, the majority do come promptly and correct components but I have had problems . . . The definition of drivers/passengers often does not take into account rhd vehicles and you end up with part/s for the wrong side for the wrong side of the vehicle. . . . Mr Auro then request YOU return the items which as individuals cost us more than the value of the components , . . . They have good prices so we are to an extent held captive , . . . I'll will only order both sides of anything now. .. .
