Verified reviewContacted customer service to cancel my order within a few hours of ordering as I didn’t need the part anymore and I had spent nearly €30 on shipping for a €10 item. They got back to me very quickly to ask me the reason for cancelling the order. I told them why and said I would appreciate it done quickly before the item dispatches as then I wouldn’t receive my money back for shipping. They ignored me after this for multiple days. I contacted them again and got no response eventually they dispatched the item and never bothered to reply. Item also turned up days late lr then what I would have needed it so the extra shipping money was a waste either way. Absolutely ridiculous.

No you just never processed it at all because you knew once it was dispatched you would not have to refund the €20 shipping

Verified reviewThe parts are cheap but they don't fit the car. This is the second time I ordered parts using their website to check compatibility with my Mazda 6. Second time they give me parts that don't fit. First were brake pads and latest order was a fuel filter that didn't fit. I sent 4 emails with no reply. Disgusted with the lack of customer service. It's not worth the hassle when I am paying extra to my mechanic to order the correct parts. Choose your local car parts supplier instead!
