Great customer service and I think most of the products are as I would expect from a heritage brand. But think about sizing!

The delivery of this item was fine, but the return process was anything but easy. The instructions were complicated, and after phoning customer service twice ( whose consultants were extremely polite and seemingly helpful; no complaints there) I was given wrong information regarding drop off. Too much of my time wasted on this.
