Went on to the site to return for a larger size , chose Royal Mail and they printed out a DHL return which not paying attention I took it to the post office who of course would not take, not having any more time to redo the who,E thkng I paid for parcel post at £65 to return it to France that was 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing . Try emailing the U.K. customer service and it comes back and says full inbox, try calling and you just can’t get through after 40 mins . Returning anything to lacoste is a nightmare so I buy the same product elsewhere as at least I can easily send it back . £400 of product I will never see again.
