Verified reviewNot at all. My delivery didn't reach to me, and I absolutely got no help from your customer service team. They said to check it, I don't if they did. Even though you can't give a refund, I'm still expecting a detailed investigation results!!!!!! DPD just shares a very blurry image, which is for sure not from my building at all, and you just say you can't do anything. well, what is your job then? why are you partnering with that firm if you can't give any info?????

Verified reviewAs a brand I absolutely love Lacoste I ordered this product from the website and Lacoste used DHL to deliver this to me. That’s where I think the mistake was made DHL attempted to deliver the product but I was at work I was then instructed by DHL that it would be sent to a location for me to collect this didn’t happen instead the product got sent back to Lacoste by DHL and I was given a full refund. So the product I was buying for a present didn’t turn up and I was therefore unable to gift this item I was absolutely gutted and disgusted by the service used by DHL. Lacoste however is a highly respectful brand but I feel they need to use a different courier service because now I have no product I couldn’t gift the item so not only am I let down but so was the person I was gifting them to. Bad experience all round 😔
