Poor customer service can't get a refund for lost parcel . Ordered pair of trainers 29.05 with estimated delivery 02.06 today is 16.06 no trainers or refund. Customer service needs 30 days to investigate so no money or product for a month. Got 10% off next purchase, I don't think that I ever do the same mistake again.
