Verified reviewService après vente vraiment déplorable, j’ai commandé deux bouteilles de Sauternes pour une valeur de 152€ TTC et je n’ai jamais reçu les bouteilles . Sois disant que iDealwine ne sait pas se retourner contre la société de transport ( c’est un peu facile comme réponse ) en sachant que le transporteur a fait une fausse signature déposé le colis devant chez moi et quand je suis revenu du travail plus de carton . J’ai les preuves que ce jour là ma compagne et moi on était sur notre lieu de travail à l’heure à laquelle notre colis a soit disant été livré. Donc je remets en cause iDealwine car c’est bien à eux que j’ai payé et donc c’est à eux à faire le nécessaire.

Verified reviewMy order was sent back to France. Which could affect the quality of the wine. I would suggest looking over the delivery system to ensure no one is prolonged do to delivering issus. Because the wine I order could be in worse shape now because of this issue.
