Verified reviewWe had 2 email to say that the item had been dispatched and would be with us by the 10th of the month, the second being on the 17th! I emailed on 17th to say we hadn't received them. The next day we received a refund and told they were out of stock. How can an item be dispatched at the start of the month as per email when it's not in stocks?

Verified reviewProduct and service are fine but the delivery is left at the downstairs office despite instructions to deliver directly to flat door or resident. Customer mobility is poor and the office management are not reliable enough to bring product upstairs promptly enough.
