Verified reviewAdidas short besteld. Maatvoering klopt niet. Bestelde maat XL is groter dan normaal. Retourzending kan alleen met retourlabel dat via creditcard of paypal betaald kan worden. Als je deze niet hebt kun je dus niks retourneren. Er zat niks anders op dan artikel te betalen. Let goed op het lijkt een Nederlandse website, maar bedrijf ligt in Spanje

Verified reviewIve ordered an Ajax pants but received Man Utd one .very disappointed.bit on the label it’s Ajax but the logo of the pants is Man Utd.not checking the logo of it .knowing this come from Spain. Not in the mood to send it back so kept it. Bit for the experience just 2 stars

Verified reviewI rarely leave negative reviews, but after a week of trying unsuccessfully to get help, I feel I have no other option. I ordered a pair of football boots from Goal Inn. According to Royal Mail, the parcel was delivered a week ago today. However, I never received it. The signature on the delivery confirmation is not mine (it appears simply as “A1”), and the proof-of-delivery photo is just a generic-looking image of multiple packages sitting together in a Royal Mail bin. There is nothing in the photo that shows where my parcel was supposedly delivered or even clearly identifies which package is mine. I understand that delivery mistakes happen. What I find completely unacceptable is Goal Inn’s response—or, more accurately, the complete lack of one. I waited two days before contacting Goal Inn to give the parcel a chance to turn up. Despite trying multiple ways to contact the company, I could not reach an actual person. The only option I could find was a virtual assistant, which created a support ticket and told me someone would be in touch soon. The only response I received was an automated/general email saying that an undelivered product should be reported within a week. There were no useful instructions, no contact information and no indication that anyone was actually looking into my case. I waited another three days and tried again. Once again, I could not find any way to speak with or contact a real representative. The virtual assistant created another support ticket, and I received exactly the same generic email. I have searched for and tried every reasonable way I can find to contact the company. It has now been a full week since Royal Mail claims the order was delivered. I have no football boots, no meaningful response from Goal Inn, and no indication whatsoever that anyone has taken any action to investigate or resolve the problem. Again, I understand that parcels can be misdelivered. That alone would not have prompted me to write this review. What has made this experience so frustrating is being completely unable to get any meaningful assistance from the company after something has gone wrong. Customer service matters most when there is a problem, and in my experience it has been virtually nonexistent. At this point, I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will also never purchase from Goal Inn again. Based on my experience, I simply cannot recommend ordering from a company that is effectively unreachable.

What struck me the most though was how much of a premium larger e-commerce sites are potentially charging for the exact same thing even when allowing for postage here vs a site that is free postage or your paying a subscription for postage.
