Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

This time delivered to Val dIsere resort a few days ahead of arriving - saving the Brexit border issues and getting there in less than 24hrs… ready for my son to ski them (same cost as hire for a week with baggage fees - so could’ve left them in the Folie Douce and still been quids in!)
