Review Summary

Ekosport is often described as quick and straightforward, with a clear website, easy ordering and products that arrive as described. Customers also mention good fit for boots, helpful replies from customer service, and the feeling that buying a hard-to-find item was simple.

Several reviews point to fast dispatch, organised updates and useful delivery timing, including parcels reaching the UK without problems. People also mention strong pricing and value for money, plus clear product descriptions and a clean site layout. A few customers, though, report broken outer packaging, one missing part of an order and some difficulty finding an item in the listings.

Nice shoes but bad advice to go up a size, now returned or not. ERVi shop had them for a week now and still waiting to be picked up to go back to ekosport, in the meantime I am waiting for a refund.

Ekosport customer service has been shocking in dealing with my order that has been lost. Having taken weeks to deal with it they are now not answering my emails and I've been forced to obtain the refund via my credit card company.

Competitive price and quick delivery, even to the UK. I was worried that there would be some sort of customs fee but Eko sorted it all.

Great price and order arrived as expected. Shipping costs were high but the savings on the item were so good that it didn’t really matter

Delivery took a little longer due to one item having to be transported from a shop, but this was made clear and time frames wee kept within. Great product price and service.

Found the products I wanted for a good price. Only gave a four star because the postage was so expensive at £15.
