Verified reviewPainful - booked two day rooms at Hilton FLL and they firstly could only see one room booked. Secondly, we had cleaners come into the room two hours early whilst we were sleeping as they weren’t notified. Thirdly, they tried to overcharge us and could not see the correct price we secured via DayBreak. Way too much hassle!

Verified reviewThe hotel charged $85.00 + tax instead of the agreed price of $76.50 + tax. They were not able to honor the 10% coupon discount I received to book the hotel through Daybreakhotels.com. even though I showed them my reservation.

Verified reviewI found the check-in process at the hotel to be quite convenient and easy to complete. However, I was disappointed that the hotel did not honor the discount offered by Daybreak. When I contacted Daybreak about this issue, the representative I spoke with was not very helpful. They assured me that the discount should have been honored, and said they would email the hotel and follow up with me the next day. Unfortunately, it has now been 3 days and I haven't received any further communication from them.
