My first time trying this out! It was super easy, and had zero issues checking in. Was even able to hop on the shuttle from the airport before I even checked into the hotel. Super convenient, and gave me a comfortable place to rest during a long layover.

Easy to manage and book. Unfortunately Hyatt did not appear to have received details of my booking - maybe because it was booked on Sunday evening for a stay the fomorning?

Great idea. Like cancelation policy. Helpfully to parents trying to get away a little. Hoping more options become available in nyc and nj. Think confirmation numbers and emails would be helpful. Hotel is in a great location. Staff is very friendly.
