The delay was mainly on the courier side due to Brexit rules that slow down the customs operation, and this happen with all couriers we work with: DHL, UPS, FedEx. From our records of your tracking it took 7 days to arrive to you as transit time. You ordered on 6th and it arrived on 19th. We remain at your disposal for further assistance.
