Verified reviewVery good customer service. Email responses as soon as the time difference was right! They even sent me a heads up about an Italian holiday that would slow down their normal shipping schedule.

Thank you for the order and review The product you ordered, as explained in may parts of the product page, is a mixed color item, so the pictures are only representative of quality/kind and don’t reflect the actual color stock, if no preferences are expressed by the customer in order notes the color sent are totally random. Thanks

Verified reviewI must praise the company , communication with the company is perfect and fast and the gentleman is nice , what I can criticize is the shipping company UPS .absolutely uncommunicative carrier , I absolutely do not recommend this carrier is very bad.... But it's not buyleatheronline.com's fault but mine. Buyleatheronline.com is a very nice company and I definitely recommend.

Verified reviewGreat service and quick replies to inquiries. Leather is a tricky thing, what some consider unclean and marked with bug bites on leather, others consider 'character'. They sell #1 top quality leather which is very clean, and I have always gotten top quality from them when I choose this option. They also offer #2, "good" quality but with "some" marks, etc. Sometimes I get great leather when I choose this option, other times I do not, a few times I could not even use what I received (again, it depends on what you consider to be unclean marks or if its 'character'). They have always taken care of me if I am not satisfied. Overall, I think they do a very good job.
