Verified reviewMy 3 stars are given to the customer service individuals who were friendly. The shipping took time because of the staff issues at the production/shipping facility. The scraps were way thicker than was mentioned on the description - around 4,5-5mm. I requested slightly wider scraps, but I was ignored. I might try the thinner version later, but I'm not sure it is worth the effort.
Reply from BuyLeatherOnline – Premium Italian Leather Hides Supplier
Thank you for your feedback and your kind words about our customer service. We’re sorry for the shipping delay and that the leather did not meet your expectations. The option ordered was listed as 4 mm thick, but the 4.5–5 mm you reported deserves checking. Remnants come in irregular shapes and sizes, so requests for wider pieces cannot always be accommodated. We contacted you directly to look into this but have not yet received a reply. Please reply to our message with photos showing the pieces and thickness measurements so we can assess the issue and work towards a suitable solution. Kind regards, The BuyLeatherOnline Team

Verified reviewI have bought leather from Buyleatheronline a few times now. I’ve also had skins split to my preference. I cannot fault the service or the quality of the product - it’s always been top quality (Walpier, Badalassi, Tempesti). The processing and delivery time could be a little quicker but overall very happy.
