Verified reviewI specifically asked about outside the EU charges, and was told there were none. This is incorrect and I was asked to pay an additional approx £60 to receive my delivery. Since then I have followed up twice on my refund, and never received a suitable response. I am still unaware where my returned parcel is, and when I will get a refund.
