Verified reviewAlthough I love the comprehensive variety of the items from the world biking, I simply hate how they handle the shipping and the shipping times estimates. I would gladly rate them five star for the variety of the stock but only one star for the shipping times that they estimate as 3-4 days and end up as 2-3 weeks!

Thank you for taking time to reply. GLS is absolutely ok, time after time. Spring GDS on the other hand is not, almost never. You might think about changing their services with other more competitive courier. My two cents.

Verified reviewI liked this webshop very much so far, but lately I was charged in a different currency as it was displayed in the webshop and with this my purchased goods were more expensive as originally thought. Moreover the support was not able to undertand my propblem and has not helped at all. I have received the goods as promissed, that's the reason I am rating 2 starts and not just 1.
