Hello Kristian, We truly regret the inconvenience caused. In case you have received a wrong product, you would need to submit a return request through your account, please. Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received. (For example, the item is missing from the order, the customization is missing, the wrong color was sent, the product does not agree with the picture) If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team by sending an email to support@tradeinn.com Best wishes
