Verified reviewAfter sales / customer service has let me down a bit. I ordered a tyre for my turbo trainer. The box the tyre was in arrived damaged. I need to return the item as I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I've been trying to contact bikeinn to find out if I can return the item and if they'll accept that the box was already damaged in transit but not getting any response. I would have happily ordered the correct size needed from them in return, but with no response, I've had to order from somewhere else.

I'm leaving four stars only because I'm still waiting for my second order to be shipped. It has been a week and it still has not been packed and shipped. The good thing about this is that I was able to add a few items to the order and hopefully it will all be shipped together... soon.
