Verified reviewParcel didnt arrive on time dispite being given a date and paying more for delivery than one of the items cost. No explanation. Also, the parcel had been cut open. there was no paper invoice. If there was those details were missing???

Verified reviewThe ordering proces is easy and the confirmation comes quickly. The delivery communication is goed. Unfortunately the delivery was troublesome due to bad performance of the post.nl driver. In the end I received my package in good condition. The product itself, Garmin Edge Explore is not so easy to use, but the support from Garmin is good.

Verified reviewCommunication was good, and the product is excellent quality. However, the website could make it clear to UK users that orders are being shipped from abroad, as this is of course going to affect the delivery time. The product page is indicating 1 or 2 days for delivery and customers might miss the fact that the delivery time then changes once the product is in the basket. Not a big issue, just need to set expectations.
