In case you have received a wrong/ defective/ incomplete product or simply want to return it you would need to open a return request through your account please. Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to claim some issues related to the order you received. (for example, the item is missing from the order, missing customization, the product does correspond to the image etc.) Please log in to your account using your email address and password and select My Orders. Then click on the order, select the reason that best suits the situation and follow the instructions. We would also like to remind you that you always have the choice between different transport companies in case you are not satisfied with the service of a particular courier.
