Website is easy to use but the search for bra sizes doesn’t work well - keep getting bras that are not available in my size which is annoying! Very good and speedy order, confirmation and delivery with excellent tracking facility.

Well, the lingerie does the trick- you look & feel sexier than ever. The products are also high quality. Shipping is excellent. They could improve returns by making it easier but frankly the item I returned was promptly refunded. No complaints- & my entire lingerie drawer is overflowing with the stuff!!

Beautiful lingerie, however the packaging is not great certainly doesn’t do the products justice. I had to find something to present it in as it was a gift

It would be better if customer placing order in wrong area, such as Hong Kong customer placing order via co.uk, there will be a website redirection to eu\en_HK before making payment.
