Your package arrived at our logistics center on August 5, 2025, and the refund was initiated on August 12, 2025. It should appear in your account shortly, depending on your bank’s processing time. Het spijt ons dat u de indruk heeft gekregen dat uw terugbetaling vertraging heeft opgelopen - we begrijpen dat dit vervelend kan zijn. Ter informatie: een terugbetaling vindt bij ons uiterlijk 14 dagen na ontvangst en controle van uw retourzending plaats en wordt afgehandeld via de door u gekozen betaalmethode. Uw pakket is op 7 augustus 2025 in ons logistiek centrum aangekomen. We hebben de terugbetaling al op 13 augustus 2025 in gang gezet - deze zou binnenkort op uw rekening moeten verschijnen.
