For once the carton boxes were absent around the bottles of Chartreuse. I was disappointed as one was a present.

I contacted customer service regarding the purchase options for a specific bottle series. The response was fast, professional, and very polite. Although they couldn't provide a solution for purchasing the series at this time, the service was excellent and helped me clearly understand the situation.
