A dedicated and responsive query service is needed that is easy to use when considering a booking. The flights need to be more open about extra costs of baggage. We have nothing but praise for this company. It is great value for money and we have benefitted hugely. They may be still expensive holidays but the rooms are always upgraded from basic and the staff in the hotels and restaurants have always treated us with respect and fairness even though we are on "a deal".

The only thing I can pick up on is that the single occupancy is often near the 2 person price. I know that you source from other companies and probably have little control over this. But I look elsewhere to get my best holiday. I can honestly say that I recommend you all the time as going the extra mile to make a holiday magical and would definitely say you are my go to site for holidays.
