Verified reviewIt all went extremely well apart from me trying to book with an Australian debit card which meant I needed a security code but it went to my Australian phone card and not my British one so trying to pay for my experience was a hassle. I had to ask a friend to pay it for me and then reimburse her. I am going to try and do another booking in the next couple of days and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that things might be a bit easier.

Verified reviewWould have to pay cancellation charges because chargeable parking at hotel wasn't clear on website....noticed seconds after booking but would still be charged cancellation fees even though wanted to transfer holiday....not very impressed. Not a good start to birthday celebration.
