Verified reviewNEED MORE OPTIONS ON YOUR DROP DOWN BOX FOR ADDITIONAL OPTIONS ONCE BOOKED. I WANTED TO BOOK A TABLE IN THEIR RESTURANT, BUT NO OPTION TO REQUEST THIS ON THE VOYAGE PRIVE SITE I WAS ASKED BY THE HOTEL WHEN WE ARRIVED IF WE WOULD LIKE TO DINE WITH THEM, I INFORMED THEM I ASKED IF THIS WAS AN OPTION, BUT DID NOT GET A RESPONSE, AND NO DROPDOWN BOX TO REQUEST THIS. NEEDLESS TO SAY OUR 3 NIGHT OF DINNING WERE IN ALL OUTSIDE RESTURANTS. SUCH A SHAME, AS BREAKFAST AT HOTEL WAS REMARKABLE.

Verified reviewI had an issue with my payment going through via the app (rather than the website) so called customer services, and Mehdi (who I spoke to) couldn’t have been more helpful. Amazing service from Voyage Privé as ever - thank you!

Verified reviewThere was some ambiguity between description of board basis and what appeared on my confirmation. I had to clarify this to be sure after the booking, but I did receive a quick and polite response that was satisfactory.
