Verified reviewThe offers are good value. However customer service is poor. A recent slew of issues occurring during our latest holiday were addressed by a representative who I can only think did not have English as a first language and contradicted herself in e.mails to the extent that we eventually gave up trying to get her to understand our issues. Reparation was made which we accepted but the whole process was exasperating. I would not use VP for a tour again, only for a hotel booking.

Verified reviewI had a shock when my credit ran out without warning and disappeared from my account. Your chat bot then told me I couldn't get it back and left a frowny emoji. I was not impressed as this was over £500! When I rang up, your human colleague was brilliant and extended it no problem. It was a worrying night though before I could ring you. You might like to look at your chat bot reply. It was totally inappropriate!
