It is easy to book until you have made a small error and you have to contact customer service! Not only are they not available 24/7 as you claim but also are not treating your regular customers fairly!

It would be helpful to see if there were any additional services allowable such as pets in the hotels or a search for hotels that allowed pets and car parking
