The company responded rapidly in sending out a new remote for my shed alarm and it now works as it should. Slightly disappointed that it's the third remote I've needed

The tech seems a little old if I’m honest. Particularly the receiver. Something akin to the 1980s! The instructions are woeful and clearly the ones from the Far East. There only appears to be one person who can answer technical queries. I had to call to ask about charging the units before installing them, only to be told they don’t charge unless they’re turned on!!! And that there is no light that tells you when the charge is complete. Just leave them charging overnight was the advice. Heyho - I’ll give it a go!!!

Very easy to deal with, if you have any questions about what you need the staff are always ready to help, even by the old fashioned way, by phone, speaking to a real person here in the UK. Fantastic!
