Verified reviewThis score reflects problems with FedEx delivery.. I’m still awaiting arrival after multiple attempts to contact them and update arrangements. After two missed delivery attempts and misinformation about a third scheduled delivery time, they then claimed to have an error in my address and did not get in contact to resolve. Impossible to get customer support outside of working hours. My work has been extra busy so v little chance on daytime.. Hopefully taking time out today will result in receiving goods…

Verified reviewLovely pepper grinder. Looks good quality and the grinding mechanism produced a good amount of pepper which is the problem with most grinders. The variable coarseness was effective and provided a good coarse grind. Delivery was a bit slow and expensive but that is because it is despatched from France.
