Verified reviewI found your site because I was looking for a long, single slot toaster which doesn’t seem to be easily available in the UK. Was kept informed throughout about the processing and delivery of my order. Delivery was good, but although there was bubble wrap in the box it was “free floating” and didn’t actually protect the toaster-which appears to be working well nevertheless. Postage was expensive.

Verified reviewKettle received ok and on time. Problem with plug as I had not noticed that it was advertised as having a eu 2 pin plug. On contacting techinn it mean't sending the whole lot back instead ofthem sending a new 3 point lead. Luckily I had my old exactly the same kettle withthe base I could use. So just be careful and read blurb about it properly. Obviously comes from europe.
