Order and delivery as well as the products are great. But you can't find detailed information about the insoles' thickness and material on all models. A tool to compare them would be nice. It would also be great to have a tool that helps analyze one's foot in order to choose the right model.

If you are trying to buy something from different country than France (i.e. Poland), brace your self that you will waste your time and nerves, just to discover that package is wrongly addressed by Sidas and logistic operator don't care about it. It took almost two weeks from order to discovering it. And support will not help you with that. Long story short: waste of time, waste of nerves, no product that I really needed for the running competition.

Hallo liebes Sidas Team, ich wollte ein paar Sachen zurückschicken und habe dazu das Rücksendeformular auf der Sidas Seite ausgefüllt. Nach über einer Woche habe ich immer noch nichts gehört und die Sachen stehen immer noch bei mir rum. Sehr unschön der Prozess ich würde bei Sidas nicht mehr bestellen, obwohl die Produkte sehr gut sind. Bitte kümmert Euch und macht das online Shopping Erlebnis besser. Viele Grüße und hoffentlich meldet sich jetzt mal jemand
