The product is good, the website and information are also nice. Yet the purchasing experience is not what I would expect. When purchasing you are offered the option to fill in the company name - thus it indicates you can receive a proper VAT invoice. Unfortunately this is not the case. First the customer service (1) provides an incorrect invoice (incorrect wrt intra-EU rules for 0% VAT), (2) refuses to put my VAT-ID on the invoice, (3) after pointing out that they are wrong, refers to their terms & condition saying they do not sell B2B (4) suggests cancelling the order and puts the burden on returning an item on me. Well, I think we invented computers to make this kind of things easy. I never ever had a problem to issue a valid invoice for a customer (being happy to have a customer in the first place). Thus, I think they could do much and they should not ruin the whole experience in the post-sales customer support.
