In general, the site is fairly easy to follow. The only downside, if there is one, is the fairly high cost of transport. Of course, since the company is outside of the UK, that cost is generally considered to be acceptable.

Verified reviewVery happy with the product and good value for money. If to achieve this delivery takes a bit longer I’m very happy with that as I normally order my skincare products before I completely run out.

Verified reviewThe website was very straightforward and easy to navigate. After I submitted my order I read really bad reviews and I was a bit worried because I didn't receive any correspondence. What happened is that the emails went to the junk folder and a few days later the order had already been shipped. I received my order very quickly and was very happy in the end - totally recommend!

Verified reviewIn my opinion, it would be beneficial to have the Papiers d’Armenie in a seal plastic zip bag as not to infuse the rest of the order with perfume! Otherwise all good!
